Welcome to Dici Reading Plans, a community space for discovering, creating, and sharing Bible reading plans. By using this site, you agree to these terms. For details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You sign in with your chosen account provider and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use accurate information and do not impersonate another person, church, school, ministry, or organization.
- If you create or manage plans for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the reading plans, titles, descriptions, artwork, and other content you submit.
- By publishing content, you give Dici permission to host, display, format, reproduce, and share that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
- Only publish content you created or have the right to use.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or inappropriate for a community Scripture-reading environment.
Fair use
- Use the service to discover, create, publish, share, and follow reading plans for personal, educational, ministry, or community use.
- Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site at scale, upload malicious code, or use the service in violation of law.
- Do not abuse community features, including spam, duplicate submissions, or misleading plan metadata.
Our role
- Dici provides tools and a catalog for community-submitted reading plans. We may review, format, feature, limit visibility, or remove content that violates these terms or creates risk for users or the service.
- We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including community catalog, creator tools, or app download flows.
- We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Third-party services
- The service may link to third-party sites, authentication providers, app stores, or external resources.
- We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies.
- Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and limits
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of user-generated reading plans or other community content. Use your own judgment before relying on any plan or recommendation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dici will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dici's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed USD $100.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for users, or exposed Dici to legal or security issues.
- Terms about ownership, disclaimers, liability, and similar provisions continue after termination.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
